Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the thirteenth installment in the main Kirby series and 1^st platform video game of the series with a full 3D gameplay. In the game, player controls the main antagonist Kirby, who goes through an adventurous journey in a forgotten land known as the New World, and eventually rescues Waddle Dees, who has been abducted by a Beast Pack.

It’s strange that it took this long for the Kirby series to get its full proper 3d debut but at least it turned out to be well worth the wait.  Kirby and the forgotten land is an absolutely delightful game. It excels in all the ways you’d want a Nintendo 3d platformer to. it has well-designed and varied levels that are a joy to play through. It is brimming with charm and vibrant visuals. It’s mechanically inventive and keeps things fresh from beginning to end.
